Technical

These services are directly related to DCI’s Technical Department and are performed by DCI’s Technicians. Services include but are not limited to maintenance, turn on/training, service repairs, and in-house service calls. To request any of these services please call the main office and ask to speak to a DCI Technician.

Graphics Design

DCI Technicians and DCI’s Graphics Design Team perform services under this category. Services include but are not limited to the development of custom artwork for customer use, submittal of free animations upon display purchase, and the creation of 5-free graphics upon display purchase.

Sign Design

The services provided under the Sign Design category are a direct result of either DCI’s Engineering Team or DCI’s Graphics Team. Services include but are not limited to the design of engineered drawings, the representation of LED displays, and the creation of Identification artwork.

Certification

DCI Technicians and DCI’s Graphic’s Team conduct the performances of these services. Services include the understanding and development of DCI’s LED display units and the understanding and use of DCI’s display software.

Quotation

DCI’s Marketing Department provides services at which quotations are developed. This may include the advice in knowledge to the customer on how to identify the LED display unit best for their application.
