The Video Board is AWESOME!! Since we decided to go with DCI for our board we have received nothing but great service from everyone involved! Although we had some on our end who became frustrated and impatient, it was definitely worth the wait!!! Thank you so much to the Ryan, Kevin and their team who came and installed the board. They did a fantastic job and were so nice to work with! Kevin was very patient with me during training and has responded so great to all of our questions since the install. To both of you, Gen and Barb, we appreciate your personalized service and thank you for staying in touch with us during the whole process. I have worked in customer service since I was 18 years old. Very rarely in this day and age do you see a company who answers the phone with a human being and also takes the time to make sure all of their customer’s needs are met. DCI does both and I am certain that is one reason you continue to be successful!
